Statutory information about the Chamber of Commerce

The Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services Andorra (hereinafter "the Chamber") is an institution of public nature, but private foundation, created by law in 1993 to promote economic and defense interests of the general Andorran companies, which are those who are part. The Chamber works to improve the activity of our companies from various fields. LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any dispute arising in the interpretation or enforcement of this Legal Notice shall be construed from the Spanish legislation. Likewise, the Chamber and the user, waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the courts of the domicile of the user for any dispute that may occur. In the event that the user reside outside of Spain, the Chamber and the user is subject to the courts of Andorra.
